Below a few thousand pieces, digital is faster and cheaper and lets you version by region or rep. Above it, offset wins on unit cost and gives you finishing options digital cannot touch.

The crossover moves depending on size, stock and finishing, so we price it both ways when a job sits near the line rather than defaulting to one.

Fulfilment is part of the print job

A catalog sitting on a skid in a warehouse has not done anything yet. We kit, pack, address and ship — including split shipments to reps, branches or dealers — so the print lands where it is supposed to be used.
