Packaging
Cartons, pouches, rigid boxes and more.

A box is a shipping decision and a shelf decision at once
The same carton has to survive a pallet, a DC, a backroom and a box cutter, then look intentional facing out on a shelf. Those two jobs pull in opposite directions, and most packaging problems come from optimizing for one and discovering the other late.
We think about both, making sure your product arrives safely, within store requirements and merchandises beautifully on the shelf to help you not only sell your product in, but sell through.
The right substrate for the run you actually have
A 2,000-unit launch and a 200,000-unit reorder are different manufacturing problems. Digital, litho-lam, offset and flexo come with considerations both in cost and in set up fees.
Because we source across a supplier network rather than one plant, we match the job to the press instead of forcing the job through whatever press we happen to own.
Where packaging jobs usually go wrong
Artwork built to a die-line that changed. A retailer case spec discovered after the structure was approved. No white sample, so nobody caught that the insert does not hold the product upright. Every one of these is avoidable with a prototype step, which is why we do not skip it.

FORMATS:
Cartons & Corrugated
Cartons are lightweight boxes made from thick paper, like cereal or toothpaste boxes. Cardboard boxes have a thicker, layered structure, like the boxes used for shipping and deliveries.
Cartons & corrugated options
Folding cartons
Printed paperboard, shipped flat, glued and folded on the line. The retail face of most multipacks and the cheapest way to get a high-quality printed surface.
4-PACK AND 12-PACK CAN CARTONS

Corrugated box
A sturdy shipping case that protects bottles as they move from the distillery to distributors, retailers, and customers. More than just a shipping box, it can be the first impression of your brand.
12-BOTTLE SPIRIT CASE · SAMPLE CASE

Shelf-ready packaging
Products arrive packed in a display tray with a protective cover. Store staff simply removes the cover and place the stocked tray on the shelf - no need to unpack products individually.
DISPLAY TRAYS · SHELF-READY CASES

Value-added packs
Two-packs, bundles and promotional multi-packs assembled from SKUs you already produce. A fast way to make a price-point offer without new primary packaging.
2-PACK BUNDLES · SEASONAL MULTIPACKS

FORMATS:
Flexible pouches
Flexible packaging includes bags, pouches, and wrappers made from materials that bend easily, such as plastic, paper, or foil. Common examples include coffee bags, snack pouches, and candy wrappers.
Flexible pouch options
Stand-up pouch
Self-supporting pouches with a gusseted bottom that stay upright on shelves, often featuring resealable zippers for snacks, coffee and even pet food.
COFFEE POUCH WITH VALVE · FOOD

Flat pouch
Three-side seal, lowest cost per unit, ideal for small counts and portioned product. Child-resistant and opaque options where the category requires them.
GUMMIES · SACHETS · SINGLE SERVE

Spouted pouch
Built-in spout and cap for liquids and purées. Lighter and cheaper to ship than a bottle, and it dispenses without a secondary closure.
DRINKS · SAUCES · APPLESAUCE

Film and roll stock
Printed roll stock for form-fill-seal lines, plus shrink film and overwrap for multipack bundling. Specced to your equipment and line speed.
FFS ROLL STOCK · OVERWRAP

FORMATS:
Rigid, luxury & gift
Sturdy boxes made from thick board, often used for jewelry, electronics, and gift sets. They can have magnetic lids, slide-out drawers, or decorative finishes that make opening them feel special.
Rigid, luxury & gift options
Rigid setup box
Wrapped chipboard with a magnetic or lidded closure. It weighs like a premium product because it is one, and it holds the shape through years of gifting and display.
MAGNETIC CLOSURE · LIFT-OFF LID

Specialty & gift boxes
Handled carriers, presentation kits and seasonal packs. Structures designed to be walked into a meeting, handed across a counter or carried out of a store.
HANDLED CARRIERS · HOLIDAY GIFT SETS

Sample and sales kits
The case a rep actually carries. Product, literature and swatches held in one structure that survives a truck bed and opens cleanly on a job site.
REP KITS · SWATCH AND SAMPLE CASES

Subscription and unboxing
Mailer-grade structures designed around the sequence the customer opens them in, with print on the inside surfaces where the moment actually happens.
MAILER BOXES · PRINTED INTERIORS

FORMATS:
Retail-visible & protective
Clear plastic packaging lets shoppers see the product while keeping it secure. Trays, inserts, and dividers hold products in place, helping prevent damage and keeping them neatly arranged.
Retail & protective options
Clamshell
Sealed transparent shell that keeps the product visible and makes it awkward to pocket. Hangs on a peg, stands on a shelf, and survives a hardware aisle.
HARDWARE · ACCESSORIES · TOOLS

Blister pack
Thermoformed cavity heat-sealed to a printed card. The cheapest way to merchandise small parts with a full printed panel behind them.
SMALL PARTS · HEALTHCARE ACCESSORIES

Trays, inserts & dividers
The component that decides whether the product arrives intact and sits upright once it is on the shelf. Corrugated, moulded pulp or foam, specced to the drop test.
24-CAN BEER TRAY · FOAM INSERTS

Shelf-ready packaging
A case that converts to a shelf tray in one tear, so a stocker fills the facing in seconds. Increasingly a condition of getting the set in the first place.
